Optical Beam: Asymmetric 15°
Single-color extruded profile with a custom asymmetric inner optical structure, engineered for wall-washing to accurately illuminate vertical surfaces.

Beam Angle: 45°–70° Medium
Single-extrusion optical grade design for smooth and uniform light distribution across broader areas, avoiding dark patches in ordinary linear applications.

Beam Angle: 20° Ultra-Narrow
Extruded from single color optical grade PMMA/ PC. Designed for high intensity linear focus with exact internal refraction and sharp, clearly defined beam edges.

Dural Asymmetric 15°
Single-color extruded profile, twin wing optics. Delivers evenly symmetric light distribution on both sides for dual-wall illumination.

FAQs About Custom LED Lens Profiles
Can you design the optical beam angle for us, or do we need to provide the CAD drawings?
We are a professional extruded LED profile manufacturer, and we only focus on production but not design. Customers need to provide the optical designs as 2D/3D CAD drawings (.STEP, .DWG). Our engineers will analyze your drawings for structural and extrusion feasibility and provide professional recommendations on design and materials.
What materials do you use for optical LED lens profiles, and what is their light transmittance?
We use optical-grade polycarbonate or acrylic compounds. These materials typically achieve up to 92% light transmittance for superior optical clarity, high luminous flux and resistance to UV aging or yellowing. We assist you select the proper material, considering your project’s impact resistance, flame retardancy and outdoor exposure requirements.
How do your lens profiles match with aluminum extrusion channels?
Our lens profiles are specially built using precision mechanical edges, which are either snap-fit or slide-in, to fit typical LED aluminum profiles. During the tooling phase we monitor dimensional tolerances and shrinkage rates closely to achieve a smooth, secure and wobble free mechanical fit with your aluminum housings.
Are you capable of co-extrusion of LED lens profiles?
Yes. We specialize in precision co-extrusion, allowing us to combine optical cores with light-blocking wings or mounting edges in a single run. We also offer standard single-color extrusion depending on your project needs.
How do you ensure consistent quality and dimensional tolerance during mass production?
First, we ensure precision mold making to build a solid foundation for every run. Throughout the extrusion process, every batch is strictly checked for wall thickness, internal geometry, surface smoothness, and cutting tolerance—guaranteeing uniform lighting and seamless installation across your entire project.
Do you have existing standard lens diffusers, or do we need to pay for a new mold?
Well, we have some existing standard lens diffusers that can be used directly to save on tooling costs and lead times. Meanwhile, we also specialize in custom mold development if your project requires a unique profile geometry or specific optical-structural fit.
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time for a custom LED lens profile?
The minimum order quantity depends on your specific design, usually starting at 500 meters per run. Tooling and sampling typically take 12 to 15 days, while mass production takes another 7 to 10 days upon sample approval.
