Circular LED ring profile

Светодиодный кольцевой профиль — это экструзионный алюминиевый канал, обработанный путем изгиба и формования в кольце для держания светодиодных лент. Он включает в себя поликарбонатную крышку диффузора светодиода (или силиконовый диффузор), чтобы смягчить свет, создавая кольцевой эффект. Широко используется в офисах, розничных помещениях, гостиницах и жилых интерьерах, обеспечивая как эстетическую привлекательность, так и функциональное освещение.

В большинстве случаев светодиодные круглые профили могут быть выполнены с диаметрами от 1000 мм до 2000 мм или даже больше. Пользователь может выбрать диаметры, которые лучше всего подходят для него. Поскольку диаметр можно настраивать, вам не нужно беспокоиться о проблемах с размером.

Существует три метода монтажа для круглых кольцевых профилей:
Поверхностный монтаж: Привязывается непосредственно к стене или потолку.
Встраиваемый монтаж: Устанавливается в предварительно вырезанный паз с помощью винтов.
Подвесной монтаж: Висящий с потолка на подвесных проводах.

Circular ring profiles come in a range of sizes and finishes. They are commonly used in offices, retail displays, hotel lobbies, exhibition centers, and other places that need high-end lighting.

Most of the time, we sell our ring-shaped aluminum profile separately from the LED strip and power supply. This gives clients the freedom to choose the light brightness, color temperature, and drivers. We sometimes sell full kits.

You can use SMD 2835, SMD 5050, RGB, COB strip lights, and adjustable LED strips with our ring profiles.

To make big ring-shaped light profiles, you have to put together a bunch of curved pieces. The quality of the manufacturing and the way it was installed both affect how easy it is to see these connection points. Even though manufacturers try to make pieces that fit together perfectly to reduce gaps, lines at the joints can still be seen sometimes. To hide the joints in the ring structure, some manufacturers put a single, long silicone diffuser over the LEDs. Using fewer pieces for the diffuser also makes the whole thing look cleaner and more continuous.

Before you clean, turn off the power. To get rid of dust, use a dry, soft microfiber cloth. To clean the plastic and metal parts, use water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaning solution.

Standard ring shape aluminum profiles are meant for dry places inside. You require profiles and LED strips with an IP rating of IP65 or higher to keep moisture and dust out of wet regions or outside.
